TEAMS – PSI Annual Bowling Tournament and Fundraiser!
Please join us by sending in your team info. Complete the form below and submit to PSI. Proceeds will help support annual scholarships.
PRICING
PSI Members – $395 per team (must include one PSI member).
Each team is responsible for filling their team roster, naming the team and designing and procuring their team’s bowling shirts.
Non PSI Members – $550 per team
Each team is responsible for filling their team roster, naming the team and designing and procuring their team’s bowling shirts.
Single Bowler – $100 per person
PSI will match single bowlers with others to form a team.
Non Player – $55 donation
to PSI scholarship fund to attend the event and not bowl
Registration fee includes 2 drinks (beer or wine), delicious appetizers, shoe rental, bowling, and billiards.
