PSI Welcomes PaperWorks as New Member
PaperWorks is a leading, integrated North American full-service provider of 100% coated recycled paperboard (CRB). The company transforms used cartons from a variety of sources into new 100% recycled paperboard. Its MasterWorks product line includes everything from freezer-enhanced CRB to uncoated eco-friendly paperboard. End-use markets for CRB include beverages, dry and frozen foods, household goods, and oral care products.
PaperWorks has invested in state-of-the-art technology over the past three years to upgrade its paperboard mills and folding carton converting plants to be at the forefront of innovation and market differentiation. Its product certifications include the Forest Stewardship Council and 100% Recycled Paperboard Alliance.
PaperWorks, which is based in Bala Cynwyd, Pa., has CRB mills in Wabash, IN, and Napanee, ON, Canada, as well as converting facilities in Hastings, NE.; Whitsett, NC; Mt. Gilead, NC; Baldwinsville, NY; and Kitchener, ON, Canada. The company also employs a team of design and technical professionals who offer a range of packaging-development services.
