Debbie Jones

Jones is a director in equity research, covering the paper and packaging sector. Prior to becoming lead analyst, she spent over seven years as part of DB’s paper and packaging franchise. Jones joined DB in 2006 as part of the bank’s graduate associate training program. She obtained her MBA from New York University (Stern) and earned her BA from Claremont McKenna College with a dual major in psychology and economics.

Kelly McNamara

As a Senior Market Analyst, McNamara is responsible for global coverage of the recovered fiber markets. She has a deep knowledge of the paper recycling marketplace and is an experienced market researcher with more than two decades of experience, including working in the commodities recycling sector and as a consultant for a large international firm. McNamara earned an Honours Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Ottawa.

Hannah Zhao

Zhao, senior economist, recovered paper, has specialized in the global recovered paper market for RISI since January 2009. She writes for the World Recovered Paper Monitor and RISI’s five-year and 15-year recovered paper forecasts. She also provides single- and multi-client studies on recovered paper markets. Zhao holds a master’s degree in resource economics from the University of Rhode Island.

Bill Moore

As an expert in all aspects of the worldwide supply and demand of recovered paper, Moore has served over 300 clients on more than 550 projects, and he speaks and writes frequently on global paper recycling and paper industry trends, sustainability, and related topics. Prior to founding Moore & Associates in 1995, Moore worked in the solid waste, paper, and recycling industries, including serving as founder and vice president of Paper Recycling International and the first director of recycling for Waste Management Inc.
